DAY 1 Arrive to  Istanbul D


Upon on arrival at  Atatürk  Airport in Istanbul, you will have a warm welcome by your English speaking tour guide and transfer to your  hotel. During the  Bosphorus tour in the afternoon, you  will enjoy cross over the marvels of the 2 continent city of  Istanbul by sea.

DAY 2 Istanbul BLD


After breakfast departure for the full day city tour of Istanbul, firstly visit the Topkapi Palace, former residence of Ottoman Sultans and their harems. Continue to the splendid and ornate Dolmabahçe Palace, built on the edge of the Bosphorus which  contains an extraordinary mixture of fine antiques and elaborate furniture. Continue to the Hippodrome, site of ancient chariot races and then the Basilica Cistern. On to the magnificent Blue Mosque, a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture. Then visit St. Sophia Church with its remarkable Byzantine interior and spectacular dome. After these historical visits continue with  Grand Bazaar and Egyptian Bazaar for terrific shopping. Overnight in Istanbul.


DAY 3  Istanbul – Canakkale BLD


Depart from İstanbul and drive  to Dardanelles where Alexander the Great crossed over  in 334 BC. He visited Troy and the tombs of the Heroes of the Trojan war. During the tour  you will bew given a lecture on the Granicus Battle, first battle of Alexander with the Persian Army. Dinner and overnight in Canakkale a very important city in Turkey famous for the glories of the 1st World War.

DAY 4  Canakkale – Kusadasi BLD


After breakfast visit  the ruins of Troy, the famous Homeric city. Drive to Pergamum, the Capital city of the Pergamon Kingdom which ruled over Anatolia after the time of Alexander the Great. Adressed by St. John , Pergamon is the site of the famous Pergamon library and great healing center dedicated to Asclepion. Departure to Kusadasi, a very important destination in the Aeegean Region famous with its pleasant atmosphere. Dinner and overnight in Kusadası.

DAY 5   Kusadasi BLD


After breakfast drive to Ephesus, the most preserved archeological site of Turkey globally famous for its Aconstics. Visit the Temple of Artemis which Alexander wanted to finance for its reconstruction but was refused by the people of the city of Ephesus. Visit the major site of  Ephesus, Basilica of St. John dated from the 6th Century A.D. and was the House of Virgin Mary , where she passed her last years. Lunch in Seljuk , Dinner and Overnight in  Kusadası.

DAY 6   Kusadasi – Izmir – Home BLD


After early breakfast drive to İzmir  to take the flight back to Istanbul  in order to catch the flight back home.
